Call 2 Duty Ruck March Series - Are you In?

Good news…it’s going to rain tomorrow morning! Why is that good news you ask? Well, we will be starting a Call 2 Duty ruck march series beginning tomorrow at 0630. We’ll be training and preparing for the coming of the King, Jesus, every Saturday in December linking them up with the four Saturdays of Advent. Hold off on the Christmas songs for a little bit, men - we need to do some preparing. Advent has traditionally been a time of penance and preparation – similar to Lent- but it’s been hijacked by our culture to give us superficial, sappy, secularized sentimentality that lacks any connection to preparation for the King’s coming.

But not you. You’re going to push your body by penance and abstinence. You’re going to train. You’re going to be ready for the King when he comes. Check your gear. Get to confession and do some room clearing…the King is coming. Improve your prayer, know your Lord’s presence…the King is coming. Train your body…the King has need of it. It’s not for over-indulgence in food and drink so that you cannot respond to His call. I want you to witness to what man is called to be, you will not find this in our culture.

Meet us at 1441 Reynolds St, in beautiful downtown Augusta, GA. Bring a pack with 30# in it. Pray for rain. If you don’t live in Augusta, no problem, reach out to a few men in your squad and ruck where you are. Post a video or a photo of your ruck march.
