C2D Lent 2023: The 4-men challenge

Got a Lenten challenge for the C2D warriors out there. Check out our latest podcast entitled “C2D Lent 2023: the 4-men challenge”. We want to build our faith this Lent. In the scriptures it was the presence of or lack of faith that Jesus pointed to as the necessary ingredient for His many healing miracles. Think of the Centurion’s slave – healed from afar because of the Centurion’s faith that Jesus could heal him. Jesus remarks in Matthew 8:10 “When Jesus heard him, he marveled, and said to those who followed him, “Truly, I say to you, not even in Israel have I found such faith.”

The verses we are utilizing in this challenge is from Mark 2: 3-5:

“And they came, bringing to him a paralytic carried by four men. And when they could not get near him because of the crowd, they removed the roof above him; and when they made an opening, they let down the pallet on which the paralytic lay. And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “My son, your sins are forgiven.”
